Any trip away your group is planning: a weekend away, a stag trip, a hen trip, a birthday trip, a golf trip, or another trip. Each trip has its own page, chat, plan, tasks and kitty. You can run as many as you like and switch between them.

An iPhone. No account, no sign-up.

Leave the date open when you start the trip. In the plan, put up a few candidate weekends, see who's free, then lock the one that works. You can reopen it later.

Not yet. Join links switch on when Envoi has its own server, which is coming next. For now, Invite the crew sends a message about your trip (no link), and you add people to the crew by name.

The host made the trip and can change anything. Planners help run it. Everyone else is crew. You can also mark the guest of honour.

Switch it on in the trip's settings and pick the guest of honour. Then tap See what they see: the whole app becomes the one screen they'll get, "Something's being planned. Keep these dates free." Today this is a preview on your phone. When the crew joins from their own phones, it'll be kept from the guest of honour everywhere.

No. Envoi tracks the kitty, splits and who owes whom, but money moves between you however you already pay each other. See the terms on money.

Envoi adds up what everyone has put in and what they owe, for the kitty and for each split cost, and nets it down to the fewest payments between pairs of people.

Nobody pays into their own send-off, so they're left out by default. The host can add them back.

On your iPhone, in Envoi's own storage, with the photos you added. We have no servers yet and never receive it. See the privacy policy.

Restore your iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or your computer) and they come with it. We can't get them back for you, because we never had them.

Open the trip's settings and tap Delete this trip if you're the host, or Leave this trip if you're not. To remove everything, delete the app.
